The hotel had some issues with the rooms being a bit dim in the mornings until the sun reached our side of the building and the air conditioning not providing cool air. Unfortunately, there was visible dust, especially in the corners of the carpet and the couch, likely due to being booked by others. On the positive side, the service was exceptional, with very helpful staff providing useful city information. The location, though not perfect, was within walking distance to the metro station, making it convenient for travel. The dining options were just okay, with a decent variety but with some drinks not up to par. The facilities were generally good.

The service was exceptional, with kind and attentive staff quickly assigning me a room. The location was excellent, close to the train station and the center of Sofia, making it easy to explore the city. On the downside, the hotel is in a rundown part of the city.
