Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had some issues with the rooms being a bit dim in the mornings until the sun reached our side of the building and the air conditioning not providing cool air. Unfortunately, there was visible dust, especially in the corners of the carpet and the couch, likely due to being booked by others. On the positive side, the service was exceptional, with very helpful staff providing useful city information. The location, though not perfect, was within walking distance to the metro station, making it convenient for travel. The dining options were just okay, with a decent variety but with some drinks not up to par. The facilities were generally good.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room had a stunning 180-degree glass front view of the city, equipped with everything one could need. The service was exceptional, with kind and attentive staff quickly assigning me a room. The location was excellent, close to the train station and the center of Sofia, making it easy to explore the city. On the downside, the hotel is in a rundown part of the city. The dining experience was good, offering decent meals, while the facilities were basic. Overall, a comfortable stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel is cozy and quiet, ideal for those seeking peace and quiet. The rooms were of good size and well-equipped, with a nice surprise of finding a kettle. The location is perfect for exploring the city, especially with easy access to the train and bus stations. The dining experience was pleasant, with a bright room and friendly service. A great choice for a peaceful stay.
The hotel Budapest offers a very big room, larger than average and very clean, with spotless bathroom, TV, kettle, coffee, slippers, and robe provided. However, noise from trams throughout the night can be disruptive.
The hotel is conveniently located near the city center and the coach and railway station. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean, and quiet, with very comfortable beds. The service was excellent, especially Isabella, who was very helpful and professional. The dining options were plentiful and varied. However, the hotel is a little out of the center, though convenient for those arriving by coach.
